In the latest installment of his weekly compilation Filer's Files #46, the Eastern Regional Director of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), George Filer reveals extremely important information and commentary regarding the disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence by examining the release of the White House list of visitors and various exopolitical movements worldwide.

The White House has released a list of visitors. Topping the list is Andy Stern president of the Service Employees International with 22 visits. Second on the list is John Podesta with 17 visits who has supported efforts from the UFO research community to pressure the United States government to release files to the public that could bring light on the simmering allegations of conspiracies and cover-up of the issue. At a 2002 news conference, Podesta stated, "It is time for the government to declassify records that are more than 25 years old and to provide scientists with data that will assist in determining the real nature of this phenomenon".

Obama may now decide to join in with the Vatican and other world leaders such as France’s Nicolas Sarkozy to announce extraterrestrial presence. David Cameron the Conservative leader in the UK said he "was convinced" the Earth had been visited by aliens and has vowed to publish any secret files that may exist on UFOs if he becomes Prime Minister”. The Washington Post announced today, “The Vatican's Pontifical Academy of Sciences is holding its first major conference on astrobiology, the new science that seeks to find extraterrestrial life in the universe and to understand how life began on Earth.

In The United Kingdom, newly released files reveal that Lord Hill-Norton a former head of the Armed Forces wrote to the defence secretary urging him to “demonstrate a more serious concern” over the Bentwaters UFO sighting. Files previously released by the Ministry of Defence disclose that Lord Hill-Norton a five-star Admiral and the former Head of the British Ministry of Defence was kept in the dark about the UFO subject during his official capacities. In a short interview with James Fox, the late Admiral emphatically stated that, “The UFO subject has great significance and should no longer be denied and kept secret; there is a serious possibility that we are being visited — and have been visited for many years — by people from outer space, from other civilizations; that it behooves us to find out who they are, where they come from, and what they want.” This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation.” - Filer's Files #46 - 2009, National UFO Center.

News reaching the ALIEN Project today, is that a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) and leader of Italy’s Northern League party Mario Borghezio is pressing ahead for full disclosure of classified UFO and alien documents in the European Parliament.

This comes against the background of the discovery of water molecules on the lunar surface by the Indian Space Research Organization using the unmanned Chandrayaan-1 mission. What is going on in India? Is it possible that disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence will be made there and not the proverbial "landing on the White House lawn," with President Obama officiating over the ceremony as hoped for by ufologists and researchers like Michael Salla? Hmmm... Salla reached the conclusion that disclosure was imminent based on testimony from the Project Camelot whistleblower Dr. Pete Petersen; source material from fellow researchers like David Wilcock and Richard C. Hoagland; as well as various exo-political moves revolving around Obama.

An official announcement by the Obama administration disclosing the reality of extraterrestrial life is imminent. Whether this will happen or not, the transmission of this meme has replicated and evolved on the same parallel level with the burgeoning UFO/alien phenomena, manifesting across all cultures and peoples, influencing and infecting our perception like a virus. With perceptions altered, the next step is to formulate associations that will act as triggering mechanisms to further the meme. Case in point, a story I discovered today regarding the Vatican:

Astrobiology has arrived, and religious and social institutions -- even the Vatican -- are taking note.

Father Jose Funes, a Jesuit astronomer, director of the centuries-old Vatican Observatory and a driving force behind the conference, suggested in an interview last year that the possibility of "brother extraterrestrials" poses no problem for Catholic theology. "As a multiplicity of creatures exists on Earth, so there could be other beings, also intelligent, created by God," Funes explained. Further in the article, writer Kaufman suggests that we are not only witnessing the formulation of a narrative to prepare mankind for extraterrestrial disclosure, but ultimately to show how it fits perfectly within the traditional and spiritual narratives of all faiths. Laying out the steps that would lead to the fulfillment of that narrative, he surmises that initial extraterrestrial discoveries of microbial life would begin below the surface of Mars and in the waters of Jupiter's moon Europa.

Having overcome the giggle factor of most things extraterrestrial, astrobiologists are telling a scientific story to an audience that may someday use it to defend -- or enhance -- its faith... extraterrestrial discoveries -- which many scientists believe are on the horizon, if not yet in reach...

Now, somewhere hidden in all of these discoveries and conjecture about science and religion, lies the subtext, the evidence pointing us towards the eventual realization of this narrative. The associations and mechanisms that replicates this meme is pervasive and can't be ignored. The scientific evidence for mankind's exogenesis has continued to dethrone evolutionary theories, even creationist are admitting the seeding of life by aliens.

This meme has now been copied and duplicated into a sort of consciously rational standard. Nowhere is this replication more amplified than in popular culture, manifesting in our daily comics, movies, games, cartoons, and advertisements; affecting how we perceive and depict the UFO phenomena, acting as a confirmation of the original meme unit of information, and priming us for the arrival of aliens and saucer shaped ships from outer space.

It is only through discernment that we will be able to elevate our consciousness away from the indoctrination and conditioning of these memes, and awaken to a true reality of the essence of our existence.

In a previous article on CONVERGENCE: The Pervasive and Emerging Transformation, I looked at the return of the fallen within the exopolitical disclosure movement, I wrote:

V: The Quickening Cryptocratic Zeitgeist of ET/UFO Disclosure! UPDATED: The Full Video Presentation of Episode 1 - The Pilot!

"Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?" - Morpheus, The Matrix.

ABC's V pilot finally kicks off tonight at 8pm EST and from what we have already seen in the promotional trailers and marketing images, the rebooted series looks quite promising. Whetting our appetites with high anticipation for symbolism and revelations. Based on the 1983 and 1984 miniseries, V stands for the extraterrestrial visitors that arrives on Earth in large spacecrafts hovering over the main cities around the world, fixing mankind's problems with high technology with ostensibly honorable intentions, only to slowly reveal their true nature later.

In my last article on this new series, I examined the Revelation of the Method used in popular culture to further the agenda of the global ruling elite. I wrote:

Now, considering that ABC will only run four episodes in 2009 during November with the remainder set for the spring of 2010, and given the current meme regarding UFO disclosure on November 27th, I can't shake the feeling that what we will be witnessing might have something to do with the Illuminati's ritual called the Revelation of the Method: the usage of symbolism in popular entertainment for complete mass mind control.

If you don't believe, maybe I need to remind you of the pilot for the X-Files' spinoff, the Lone Gunmen, which depicted a U.S. Government plot to crash a hijacked Boeing airplane into the World Trade Center. The pilot, which was co-written by X-Files creator Chris Carter was filmed in New York and Vancouver, B.C. and was first aired on Fox TV on March 4, 2001. Six months before the tragic events on 9/11.

Let's delve a little deeper into this.

Over the last few weeks, several members of the exopolitical disclosure movement such as Michael Salla, Alfred Webre, Bill Ryan, Kerry Cassidy, David Wilcock, Dr. Steven Greer, and Richard Hoagland have been predicting that there will be imminent disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence by President Obama within the month of November or shortly afterwards.

Bear that in mind.

We have also been witnessing a heightened movement towards a one world government starting with the call for a new world order by the Vatican, the request for a one world currency by the United Nations, the world economic realignment at the G20 meeting, Obama's leadership of the United Nations Security Council, the movement by the Vatican to reconcile with the Anglican church and other religions and the upcoming treaty at the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit.

When you add all of that to the slow and eventual collapse of all economies into a global depression, it is not hard to see how V will be used to further accelerate the movement towards a global governance under the New World Order.

It's the quickening. The pervasive convergence. The cryptocratic zeitgeist.

In the trailer for V, an image of Anna, the leader of the V's, is projected worldwide as she tries to promote a one world order of people joining together. Reminiscent of Serge Monast's theories on Project Blue Beam:

... NASA Blue Beam Project involves a gigantic 'space show' with three-dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projection of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to predominating regional national religious faith... These will be projected from satellites onto the sodium layer about 60 miles above the earth. We see tests every once in a while, but they are called UFOs and "flying saucers" sightings... We see tests of this device in the abduction of humans by those mysterious little alien greys who snatch people out of their beds and through windows into waiting "mother ships."... The result of these deliberately staged events will be to show the world the new 'christ,' the new messiah, Matraia (Maitreya), for the immediate implementation of the new world religion. Enough truth will be foisted upon an unsuspecting world to hook them into the lie. "Even the most learned will be deceived."

Catch my drift? Good. Now, consider that the ruling elite are probably between 25 to 50 years ahead technologically in comparison to what is revealed in the public domain. If you are still not convince, then you please do some research on the life of Tesla and his Space Propulsion System, as well as the monumental development in flying saucers by the Nazis.

So, when you are watching the pilot of V tonight, understand that this is another subtextual narrative from the popular culture pushing extraterrestrial disclosure, yet operating within this dialectic to further advance the new world order agenda.

THE FOURTH KIND: A Special Video Preview!

In preparation for The Fourth Kind, which opens worldwide on Friday, November 6th, I am presenting several video previews from the horror/thriller/science fiction movie. The film stars Milla Jovovich, and is structured unlike any film before it.

Here's the official synopsis:

DISCLOSURE: Former Brazilian Air Force Minister Makes Astonishing Statements About UFOs: 'Technology Far More Advanced Than Ours'

In a recent interview with the Brazilian UFO Magazine, Sócrates Monteiro, the former Brazilian Air Force Minister made several astonishing statements about extraterrestrials, including the fact that we have been visited by what he describes as cosmic species with extremely fast space vehicles, moving at high speeds beyond anything that he had ever seen before. Monteiro's disclosure was done in concert with his support for the freedom of information regarding UFOs and the extraterrestrial presence.

His statement follows the the monumental exopolitical disclosure by the Brazilian Government in May of over 600 pages of classified documents from 1970 to 1979 covering the military's investigation into UFO reports, and the declassification of the 1980s UFO files in September. Last Sunday, October 25th, Brazilian UFO Magazine interviewed the former minister of Air Force during the government of Fernando Collor, from 1990-1992, lieutenant-brigadier Sócrates da Costa Monteiro. It was more than two hours of extremely interesting and fruitful conversation, in which the military felt comfortable to talk about Ufology, like some other officials who also gave their statements to Brazilian UFO Magazine. Monteiro is retired from the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) for a number of years, but keeps his bounds with active militaries from various sectors of the Brazilian military. He has an extremely lucid memory of the major facts of his activities in the Air Force and – of special interest to the Ufology – about how the country handled with the matter during the time when he was on active duty. Like other ministers, before and after him, Monteiro also had access to sensitive information on the interaction of other cosmic species in our country, reporting a few cases. He was pilot of many airplane types, including fighters, gathering more than 5 thousand flight hours in them.

The officer was the commander of I Integrated Air Defense and Air Traffic Control Centre (Cindacta), in Brasilia, at the time when he was ahead of registering the ufological occurrences all over the country, especially in the area of the Federal District and Southeast region. He revealed that the observations of unidentified flying objects were regular on the radar screens of the institution, well before he assumed its command, and that all the cases were carefully registered, with some of them being further investigated by the Air Force. In that occasion the expression “Traffic Hotel” was not yet used to designate UFOs. Monteiro described a situation when the radar station of Cindacta in Gama (DF) was overflown at low altitude by a disk type object of great proportions, and that its staff, without knowing what to do, opened fire against the “intruder”. When he got to know it, Monteiro gave them express orders to stop the gun fire immediately. “They have a technology far more advanced than ours and we don’t know how they would react to our action”.

NASA: A Odyssey of Anomalies, Lies and Cover Up! (UPDATED)

On October 7th, NASA indicated that they had refined the asteroid Apophis' path towards Earth.

Using updated information, NASA scientists have recalculated the path of a large asteroid. The refined path indicates a significantly reduced likelihood of a hazardous encounter with Earth in 2036... "The refined orbital determination further reinforces that Apophis is an asteroid we can look to as an opportunity for exciting science and not something that should be feared," said Don Yeomans, manager of the Near-Earth Object Program Office at JPL. - NASA.

Whew! What a relief, huh? Nothing to fear, right? We definitely can find solace in NASA's computational techniques and data evaluation.

Or can we?

If NASA is able to detect and compute the possible path of an incoming asteroid over twenty years from now, in the future, then it stands to reason that it surely should be able to do so if one made an approach towards Earth now, in the present. Right?

Wrong!

According to the New Scientist website, a dramatic explosion occurred over South Sulawesi, Indonesia on October 8 from the atmospheric entry of an asteroid more than 30 feet in diameter detonating with the force of three Hiroshima bombs and yielding an energy release of about 50 kilotons, the equivalent of 110, 000, 000 pounds of TNT explosives.

No one knew it was coming! NASA didn't!

Underscoring not only the possibility of being blind-sided by gigantic space rocks, colliding with our planet and causing a global cataclysm, permeated in apocalyptic films like Armageddon and Deep Impact; but importantly NASA's untrustworthy science of asteroid detection and threat measurement.

So, is it possible to believe NASA, the agency that was formulated with Nazi scientists under Operation Paperclip as a secret classified program under the Department of Defense with an official cover program based entirely on anomalies and lies?

No!

So, the next time you see NASA preaching data analysis and computational techniques, remember to take it with a grain of salt.

Whether we agree with them or not, it seems like the process towards disclosure has received another shot in the arm, as Ukraine and the Ukrainian Ufologic Club (UFODOS) has just released their national archives of UFO evidences.

It was complied based on people's evidences about strange flying objects over Ukraine. The 'secret files' comprise about 500 eyewitnesses' testimonies who saw UFO in Ukraine starting from the 17th century. According to UFODOS chief Yaroslav Sochka, the materials were collected from various sources, basically, Hydrometeorological Center of Ukraine Air Force and public ufological organizations. In August 2009, the UK National Archives released new UFO files containing a wide range of UFO-related documents covering the years 1981-1996 and describing more than 800 UFO cases. - National Radio Company of Ukraine.

The government need do only four things: first, admit that some of the lights in our skies appear to be devices under intelligent nonhuman control. Second, stop confronting them in any way when they enter our skies. Third lift the granting restrictions that have prevented granting in this area of studies. Fourth allow access to any and all knowledge and technology that it does possess to all human minds.

UPDATE: Amazing UFO Video Released By Chinese Government
In the latest update to All News Web, editor Michael Cohen relates the UFO phenomena currently sweeping China as well as the following video perpetuated to have been released by the Chinese administration.

This video hit the Internet earlier this year but was largely ignored outside of China. Allegedly this UFO sighting occurred in Beijing in 1995 and was held by the Chinese government for top-secret study for over a decade. The object in it was supposedly declared as truly unidentified and as such classified as either a natural or extraterrestrial phenomenon we do not understand.

MONSTER DISCOVERIES: Colossal Sea Monster & Ice Water on Mars!

It is not easy keeping up with the momentum of the ongoing discoveries.

The fossilised skull of a colossal "sea monster" has been unearthed along the UK's Jurassic Coast. The ferocious predator, which is called a pliosaur, terrorised the oceans 150 million years ago. The skull is 2.4m long, and experts say it could belong to one of the largest pliosaurs ever found: measuring up to 16m in length... and it will now be scientifically analysed, prepared and then put on public display at Dorset County Museum. Palaeontologist Richard Forrest told the BBC: "I had heard rumours that something big was turning up. But seeing this thing in the flesh, so to speak, is just jaw dropping. It is simply enormous."

Pliosaurs were a form of plesiosaur, a group of giant aquatic reptiles that dominated the seas around the same time that dinosaurs roamed the Earth. They had short necks and huge, crocodilian-like heads that contained immensely powerful jaws and a set of huge, razor-sharp teeth. And based on their length of 2.4m (7.9ft), it is estimated that the creature would have measured between 10 and 16m (33-52ft) from tip to tail, and would have weighed in at a hefty 7-12 tonnes. - BBC.

Speaking of geology, confirmation is now coming in that NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter has discovered 99 percent pure ice water in the sub-surface of the planet Mars.

NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) has revealed sub-surface water ice that may be 99 percent pure, halfway between the North Pole and the equator on the Red Planet. “We knew there was ice below the surface at high latitudes of Mars, but we find that it extends far closer to the equator than you would think, based on Mars’ climate today,” said Shane Byrne of the University of Arizona, a member of the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment, or HiRISE, which runs the high-resolution camera on NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. “The other surprising discovery is that ice exposed at the bottom of these meteorite impact craters is so pure,” Byrne said. - ZeeNews.

So, let's see how this unfolds: Firstly, we have Rihanna, with only her left eye open. This points us to the Masonic All-Seeing Eye. Which points us towards Lucifer, the Fallen Arch Angel. Leading us to the highest grossing movie of 2009, Transformers: The Revenge of the Fallen. Ultimately leading us to the fallen star Chris Brown and his new single I Can Transform Ya.

It really can't get anymore obvious than this. Can it?

In a further comment, Strange Eye illustrated that if you take the four (4) shown fingers of Rihanna and multiply the 4 Rs (Rhianna, Rated R and the R to her right) by 18 = 72. 72 is the Kabbalistic number of the "72 names of God." 72 being the names of God taken from the Book of Exodus, Chapter 14. Strange Eye also points out that if you take the 18's as 9 you get the same result in esoteric mathematics. Therefore, 4 x 9 = 36. 36 meaning Three 6's. Ergo: 666.

This is becoming more and more interesting by the minute. Have a look at Adam Lambert's cover for his debut album For Your Entertainment. Whoa! The American Idol runner-up's cover looks quite similar to that of Rihanna doesn't it? Hair thrown forward and to the side, gloved right hand, hiding thumb and exposing four fingers with eyes locked in an hypnotic gaze.

This is made evidently clearer in another picture from the album photoshoot. What's more is that the album is scheduled to be released on the same day as Rihanna's - November 23rd. I kid you not.

Lambert, a self-confessed homosexual appears androgynous and this dovetails perfectly with Lucifer. Mirador was one of the earliest important Mayan sites and flourished from 150 B.C. to A.D. 150, when it lost its pre-eminence to nearby Tikal, the most famous Mayan City. Measured at some 70 meters (230 feet) high, the Danta Pyramid is the tallest structure the Maya ever built and was mostly buried by the jungle, with the steep apex of its hills protruding from the forest top. El Mirador (The Lookout) lies in the remote northern reaches of uninterrupted jungle, covering 10 square miles of the greatest concentration of civic and religious buildings, carvings and artifacts in the Mayan world.

A new Mayan archaeological discovery of a 2,200 year old carving was found at El Mirador, Guatemala. The archaeological site El Mirador continues to astound the world. A team of archaeologists, mostly Guatemalans, under the coordination of Richard Hansen made the discovery of a carving of the Mayan Pre-Classic Period which dates from 200 BC. This new finding was presented by the Minister of Culture and Sports, Jeronimo Lancerio and businessmen who support the project. Vice- President Rafael Espada and important members of the Guatemalan Press were also present.

"This finding is impressive as finding the Mona Lisa. It is an impressive example of Mayan art", Hansen stated. The carving is in a structures that was used to store water and shows a Mayan mythological passage, where the twin heroes Ixbalanque and Hunacpú leave the underworld carrying the head of their father, Hun Hunapú. The archaeological site "El Mirador" is being developed to be the crown jewel within the Park "Cuatro Balam". Do you remember the video of the UFO halo cloud in the skies over Moscow, Russia early in October? Captured at the Moscow Ring Road moving from Volokolamsky to the Novorizhskoe highway, the video became an overnight internet sensation sparking widespread apocalyptic theories about an extraterrestrial invasion and imminent doomsday destruction.

The rare phenomenon was later explained by scientists as purely an optical effect, produced by a formation of cirrostratus clouds.

When sunlight or moonlight passes through the hexagonal-shaped ice crystals of cirrostratus clouds, the light is dispersed or refracted in such a way that a familiar ring or halo may form. - NOAA.

Michael Cohen of All News Web takes an inquisitory take on the phenomena and examines the extraterrestrial angle to the story with some scientific investigation in hand:

Although most scientists regard the now famous Moscow Halo of earlier this month as a result, albeit a striking one, of natural weather patterns some still believe that this bizarre formation might have had UFO connections. One slightly more 'fringe' theory popular amongst UFO buffs is that this was an exit linking earth to a galactic highway. Shortly after the footage of the halo was posted on the web many noticed small UFOs shooting out of its center.

Stills of these UFOs were sent by UFO enthusiasts to the well known fortean imaging scientist Ron Stewart, the inventor of the APEP (advanced photographic extraction process) process: A way to increase the resolution of UFO images by 10,000%. Stewart believes he found a Flaw in the architecture foundation of image creation going back 50 years restricting the laws of physics.
